1. The bag is not cut

Cause: The cutter is worn or cannot be cut.

Measures: Adjust and replace the cutter.

2. Folds at the seal

Cause: The packing bag is not placed evenly in the seal. Resulting in folds and folds in the seal.

Action: The operator ensures that the shrink bag is placed flat on the sealing line.

3. Tear at sealing edge

Reason: The product is placed too close to the sealing line, especially large products, or the sealing line temperature is too high.

Measures: When sealing, place the product 50-75 mm away from the sealing line, or reduce the sealing temperature.

4. The bag is worn or torn

Cause: Transporting or shrinking equipment may have local burrs, or brutal handling.

Action: Check all equipment for burrs and defects, communicate and coordinate with customers.

5. There are small holes in the folding line at the edge of the bag

Reason: Quality problems in the production process of packaging bags.

Action: If the problem persists, change to another box or select a different batch of bags and report to the quality department.

6. Bag seal is not complete (factory end)

Reason: The sealing is not complete in the production process.

Action: If the problem persists, change to another box or select a different batch of bags and report to the quality department.

7. The bag is wrinkled and folded

Reason: Quality problems in the production process of packaging bags.

Action: If the problem persists, change to another box or select a different batch of bags and report to the quality department.

8. The sealing side of the bag is torn

Cause: A small part of the bag is torn when the cover of the vacuum machine is caught in the vacuum.

Measures: Put the bag in the middle of the vacuum machine as far as possible. The inner wall of the bag and the empty machine is greater than 50 mm.

9. The bag has pinholes

Reason: The bag was punctured by mechanical impact.

Action: If the problem persists, check the bag in the bagging area, as well as the conveyor belt, the shrinking machine for burrs, and if the bag has pinholes before use, raise it with the factory.

10. Bag is not fully sealed

Cause: Because the bag partially missed the sealing heating wire, resulting in partial sealing incomplete, vacuum failure.

Action: Make sure the bag width is covered by the sealing wire.

11. Clamp the product into the sealing area

Cause: The meat food is squeezed into the sealing area, resulting in sealing failure.

Measures: Properly place the meat and packaging bag before sealing to ensure that there is no meat in the sealing area.

12. Pull back the mouth of the bag to make the vacuum failure

Reason: The upward side of the bag is pulled back to the sealing line, resulting in sealing failure, vacuum failure, may be the use of the bag is too short.

Action: Place the bag on the sealing line correctly: Choose the right bag.
