1. Preparing the Bag
Choose the correct bag size: too large will waste material, too small will result in poor vacuum sealing.

2. Vacuum Sealing
Ensure the vacuum machine is set up properly, with clean sealing wires and Teflon cloth.

· Seal with the bag flat and the food should be about 5 cm from the seal line.
3. Checking Vacuum & Seal Quality
· Check the vacuum by pulling the bag edges. If there are no gaps and the food moves with the bag, the vacuum is good.
· For a good seal, pull the edges. If the seal holds, it’s correct. If it separates, adjust the sealing time or temperature.
4. Packaging & Storage
